    IntHEC stands for “Health, Education and Community Integration: Evidence-based Strategies to increase equity, integration and effectiveness of reproductive health services for poor communities in sub-Saharan Africa” and was an EC funded evaluation project. PI: A Obasi of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
