Bridging the divide: Leishmania as a paradigm for exploring the impact of genome
diversity on metabolome variation.

This project aims to investigate how genome diversity can impact the
metabolome of a model parasite micro-organism, Leishmania donovani. We will
combine a study of a recently emerged population together with experimental
approaches on isogenic lines. As such we will contribute to a better integration of
'omics'.
