Description
1. To confirm in a different setting (DF Bangladesh) the recent report from Rwanda regarding the very high frequency of false RIF resistant Xpert results, almost exclusively from very low bacillary load specimens
2. To document and investigate the causes of frequent LPA RIF resistant results that remain sensitive on rapid phenotypic drug susceptibility testing (DST) by automated MGIT, observed in Pakistan National TB Reference Laboratory (NRL)
