Effectiveness and uptake of specifically designed sandfly bednets in the prevention of Visceral Leishmaniasis.

To demonstrate that the 'sandfly specific' LN (Long-lasting insecticidal Nets) i.e. with a finer mesh in the lower 75cm of the net, are equivalent in the acceptability, uptake and use to the 'traditional' LN tested in the Kalanet project in India and Nepal.
