To improve the proposal ‘Urban health systems, shocks and resilience: what can we learn from COVID-19?’
• expand the consortium with a research team from the University of Antwerp (UA) and from the Instituto de Medicina Tropical Alexander von Humboldt (IMTAvH) and produce evidence of collaboration
• develop a platform for engaging the key actors in the two cities
• further develop the methodology section
- review the focus on vulnerable groups
- develop a co-production strategy
- identify relevant insights and multi-disciplinary analytical strategies in the historical literature on similar pandemics
- review the data collection in the view of the evolution of the pandemic and existing data sets and evidence
- develop a section on the critical analysis of data monitoring systems and their use
- develop a section on comparative analysis and transferability
- further pilot and further develop the multi-level analysis strategy
