Social Innovation in Public Health Impulse fellowship programme

The aim of this strengthened collaboration between UWC-SoPH & ITM-Antwerp is building the next generation of academics and researchers in the emerging field of Health Policy and Systems Research, by consolidating the position of UWC-SoPH as a world class hub in the global South in this field and by enhancing ITM-Antwerp’s role in conducting and catalyzing research and innovation capacity in the Global South.For this joint venture two related objectives have been prioritised: (1) significantly strengthening the Doctoral Programmes at UWC-SoPH and at ITM-Antwerp, and (2) developing Comparative Health Policy and Systems Research, starting from bottom-up and community-driven innovations by local actors.
