Abstract
The rising occurrence of armed conflicts has increased forced displacement. Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) remain a major cause of morbidity and mortality, yet are often neglected in humanitarian responses. This comment calls for rights-based, integrated NCD care throughout the migration cycle, addressing structural and legal barriers to equitable and continuous access.
