Abstract

We describe a patient presenting with eosinophilia and liver lesions. A juvenile Fasciola gigantica emerged through the skin, an occurrence which has been only described in 2 patients so far. Ectopic manifestations usually appear shortly after infection, whereas the time before emergence was more than 1 year in our patient.
