Abstract
This study describes the molecular identification of 520 Entamoeba positive faecal samples from a large and diverse population of captive nonhuman primates (NHP). The results revealed the presence of E. histolytica (NHP variant only), E. dispar, E. moshkovskii, E. hartmanni, E. coli and E. polecki-like organisms
