Abstract
Two species R. appendiculatus and R. zambeziensis are compared isoenzymatically for 7 enzymes. Because of difficult morphological identification, glucose-phosphate-isomerase and mannose-phosphate-isomerase isoenzymes can be used for identification of the two recently described species. The other five enzymes do not show a species specific pattern.
